- No. It scores by department and by role so training can be aimed. It is not a league table.
- Does this satisfy Article 4?
- No. Article 4 is a duty to take measures supporting literacy. A diagnostic is not that measure, and it is not a certificate.
- What happens after we have scores?
- Book live cohorts against the gaps. The assessment maps to the catalogue; it does not replace the training.
