Running and Troubleshooting a Robotic Cell
For the people who own the cell on a shift. Covers the routine - changeovers, first-off checks, common faults - and the judgement of when to fix, when to stop, and when to call someone.
What participants can do afterwards
- Run a changeover and verify the first piece before committing a batch
- Diagnose the faults that account for most unplanned downtime
- Decide correctly between recovering, stopping and escalating
- Keep a maintenance record that is useful to the next shift
