HR teams are being asked to use AI and to govern it at the same time. The EU AI Act is the European Union's law on how artificial intelligence (AI) is built and used. Article 4 is its AI literacy duty. AI literacy means the skills, knowledge and understanding people need to use AI with judgement: what a tool can do, where it goes wrong and what they must check. The EU AI Act also lists AI used in recruitment as high risk, which is why so many HR teams are looking for training now.

How to choose
If you want a broad grounding with a facilitator and time away from the desk, a two-day facilitated course is built for that. If you want a long certificate programme that covers many topics in depth, a 33-hour self-paced programme is built for that. If you need one HR person, or a whole team, to make better decisions about AI this month, a short self-paced course that ends in signed work may fit better.
