Choose the Right Helper

Your teenager will build the judgement to decide when AI helps and when another tool or a person is a better choice. Fictional youth-club tasks let them weigh accuracy, creative needs and responsibility for decisions involving people.

This lesson is being prepared for our family pilot. Paid enrolment opens after the launch review. The four free activities are available now.

Your child will practise useful AI skills.

Your teenager will learn to decide when to use AI, a conventional tool or human judgement.

Your child can read or listen to instructions, try each activity and use the feedback to improve. They can pause, return and retry at their own pace.

Instruction and sorting games are simplified simulations. Following a fixed sequence is different from an AI model learning patterns from examples.

Your child will learn through guided play.

Your child will work through three guided activities, then apply the skill to a fresh challenge. Feedback explains their choices and helps them try again.

  1. Match each task to a suitable tool.
  2. Decide who should resolve a disagreement.
  3. Check how AI could help with a poster.
  4. Choose a reliable source for travel times.

Your child will try a new challenge to show how they can use what they have practised.

Your child will create something of their own.

My tool-choice guide

Your teenager will create a guide matching three tasks to suitable tools, explain their choices and identify what a person still needs to check.

You’ll be able to download their written record and see their progress in your family space.
