Digital Footprint Escape
Your child will build the judgement to protect their privacy when using AI and other digital tools. A fictional studio escape challenge helps them question unnecessary permissions, consider who can see their work and respect other people’s information.
Your child will practise useful AI skills.
Your child will learn to share only what a task needs and recognise unnecessary permissions.
Your child can read or listen to instructions, try each activity and use the feedback to improve. They can pause, return and retry at their own pace.
Instruction and sorting games are simplified simulations. Following a fixed sequence is different from an AI model learning patterns from examples.
Your child will learn through guided play.
Your child will work through three guided activities, then apply the skill to a fresh challenge. Feedback explains their choices and helps them try again.
- Choose the information a writing tool needs.
- Question a request for your location.
- Protect another person’s private information.
- Check who can see your work before sharing it.
Your child will try a new challenge to show how they can use what they have practised.
Your child will create something of their own.
My permission checklist
Your child will create a permission checklist covering why information is needed, who can see it and how to protect other people’s details.
You’ll be able to download their written record and see their progress in your family space.
