  1. 1.Redesign recruitment administration

    2 hrs

    Map scheduling, briefing and communication tasks that can benefit from assistance.

    • Identify an appropriate recruitment support workflow

  2. 2.Draft with evidence

    2 hrs

    Check AI-generated role requirements and candidate messages against a fictional approved brief.

    • Produce a reviewed role brief and message set

  3. 3.Keep decisions accountable

    2 hrs

    Test unsupported claims and inconsistent wording; define human review and escalation.

    • Create a recruitment AI review checklist

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
