  1. 1.See the journey

    2 hrs

    Map the first 90 days from the employee perspective using a fictional starter scenario.

  2. 2.Connect the handovers

    2 hrs

    Define tasks, owners, dependencies and useful reminders across HR, managers and IT.

    • Design a connected onboarding checklist

  3. 3.Improve the experience

    2 hrs

    Test accessibility, late starts and missed tasks, then choose feedback points.

    • Produce an onboarding improvement plan

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
