  1. 1.Describe the work

    2 hrs

    Break a business scenario into tasks, capabilities and observable evidence.

  2. 2.Assess the gaps

    2 hrs

    Review fictional skills records and distinguish verified evidence from self-reported or inferred skills.

    • Produce an evidence-labelled skills gap map

  3. 3.Plan the response

    2 hrs

    Compare development, redeployment and recruitment scenarios with explicit assumptions.

    • Build a workforce development action plan

How it is delivered

A facilitator runs the course live, in person or live online. Attendance is taken per session, participants submit work against the modules above, and a facilitator grades it. Those records stay with the organisation and can be exported.
